▷ I have the right to reject a commission for any reason.▷ The prices are just a base price! It should go higher depending on the model and also on your request!▷ Please don't rush me, you will only make me fall further behind with your commission.▷ Please let me know if you have a deadline for any type of my commission services, or if you are planning debut/subathon events that you expect to have the commisioned service finished for! I can accommodate these requests as long as you let me know in advance.▷ The PERSONAL rights on ANY commissions are yours. I will not reproduce or sell any part of your design.▷ My logo will be In every Illustration▷ Do not copy / repost / trace my art.▷ My works cannot be used for NFTs.▷ Please credit me as the Illustrator (Mama) or Rig Artist (Papa/Mama) and ensure the credit is prominently displayed in accessible areas like your Twitter bio, channel, or website.▷ You can't Add anothers persons art for any reason! Including accesories, clothes and more! Recolors etc...▷ Finished commissions, can be send via, Discord, mail, vgen and others according flexibility and clients request!

Rules

▷ I will not be held responsible for any misconception if you do not read my TOS thoroughly.▷ You can't take credit for the creation of the artwork.▷ The artwork may not be used to incite hate, harassment, or illegal activities.▷ Don't remove any watermarks/signatures▷Using the model illustration in any AI-related technology, including AI Art Generators, blockchain-related technology, including NFTs and cryptocurrency, is strictly prohibited.▷ Reusing any parts of the commission for personal or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.▷ Distribution of the model FILE to others is strictly prohibited. Please If you intend to sell the model / art etc, needs to be notify!

Rush Orders

▷ Rush orders will have 50%+ of the original price as well, higher priority. This orders will need to be discussed! Please contact me!

Payment

▷ All prices are in USD and payment is accepted via VGEN request only.▷ I don’t accept commissions with deadlines under 2 weeks.▷ I may reserve the right to increase my prices for all of my commissions at any time, due to my improving skill level and high demand▷ Again I will not start a commission until a first payment is made, and you will not receive the finished product before the commission is paid off fully.

Source Files

▷ The source files will not be delivered with the final work, keep in mind that if you wish to BUY THEM, they will cost up to x3-8+ of the original price of the entire work, due to their fragility, handling, and alteration.▷ Both .psd files of my own art or .cmo3 files for rigging cannot be given, and must be purchased. If so, contact me here: Cheri#8190 Or @TCherimint on twitter.▷ For 2D models: .psd files from other artists for obvious reasons I can't provide them (If they havent given it to you), so talk to your artist.▷ Files (.Rar): You'll be reciving the commission on a .rar file! With a .png and a .jpg inside! If includes animation files or videos will be on the files as well!

Time

▷ The time does not start when you are in the waitlist, it starts once I send the first sketch or videos▷ I will give you an estimate on how much time I think I need for your commission, and if any delays will occur.▷ If you want to add a deadline to your commission, I will charge an additional fee, with the price depending on how close the deadline is. Deadline only available upon discussion.

Illustration Terms

▷ I retain original copyright and ownership of the work, which includes but may not be limited to redistributing, reproducing, advertising, displaying the work in my websites, social media and portfolios according to my discretion.▷ The copyright of the illustration belongs to me, you cannot pass the drawing as yours, recolor it, etc.▷ Commissions that require me to replicate another artist's style may be declined

Refunds and ChargeBack

There are no returns, please if you have financial situations avoid commissioning me! Always stay in priority regarding money!Also to mention, that likewise I need the money to be able to lead my life! Please be considerate, thank you!

▷ I have the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time.▷ You can cancel a commission fully before a payment is made.▷ You can cancel your commission and can get 50% of your money back, if a sketch/lineart is already done.▷ You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from me under any circumstances after I am done with the sketch and have moved onto the next step.
